By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Pet Ownership & Authorization: I confirm that I am the rightful owner of the pet or have been given authorization by the owner to bring the pet for grooming services.
Health Condition: I assure Remo Pet Grooming that my pet is in good health and is fit for grooming. If my pet has any medical conditions or specific needs, I will inform the groomer beforehand.
Vaccinations: I confirm that my pet has received all necessary vaccinations, and they are up to date.
Safety Collar: I acknowledge that my pet will be required to wear a safety collar at all times while under Remo Pet Grooming’s care.
No Fleas or Communicable Diseases: I confirm that my pet is free from fleas, ticks, or any contagious diseases that could affect other pets or staff members.
Liability Release: I release Remo Pet Grooming, its employees, and owners from any liability for injury, sickness, damage, accident, or death that may occur while my pet is in their care, whether caused by the pet’s behavior or unforeseen circumstances.
Late Pick-Up: If I am unable to pick up my pet at the scheduled time, I authorize Remo Pet Grooming to contact me for instructions and to retain my pet in their care until further notice.
Emergency Medical Authorization: If my pet requires medical attention during the grooming process, I authorize Remo Pet Grooming to seek immediate care from an in-house veterinarian or the nearest available professional.
Holiday Reservation Notice: If I intend to use grooming services during peak holiday periods, I understand that I must reserve my pet’s appointment at least one week in advance.
